Loy, r.R. 3, Portland, became the bride of Thomas E. Nixon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Nixon, R.R. 1, Portland, at 8 p.m. May 26. The wedding took place at the Mt. Zion Eub Church, with Rev. Ray Dixon reading the double-ring vows. Mrs. Robert C. Lyons, R.R. 1, Portland, cousin of the bride, was matron-of-honor. Dick Nixon, R.R. 5, Portland, was his brother's best man. After the exchange of vows, a reception was held in the church basement. The bride, a 1955 graduate of the Portland-Wayne Twp. High School, is employed at Jay Garment Co. Mr. Nixon, a graduate of the Gov. I.P. Gray High School in 1953. is employed at Anchor-Hocking Glass Inc., Winchester. Mr. and Mrs. Nixon are residing on R. R. 1, Portland, in a new mobile home.
